The programme will be open to young bowlers of either sex from the age of 14 years as of time of joining to 20 years next birthday and they must have been bowling for a period of not less that18 months. All players accepted will be mentored by three current players (mainly the 3 top selectors) and the Presiding President. The Junior Players will also have access to the following dedicated people: a psychologist, a nutritionist and a coach. The participants in the scheme will receive a small monetary sum to cover incidental expenses and a uniform (trousers/pants and top). The Participants will be selected to play for the Club's Pennant teams in grades commmensurate with their playing ability. The periphery rules to apply for the programme to be as follows:- 1. Parents will need to understand that their child will be developed under the programme and any interference from them as to the coaching etc of the Player and influencing the Player throughout games etc will not be tolerated. 2. The Juniors will be expected to play all singles and pairs, Club Championship and State events - playing in the Fours event will be optional. We look forward to developing Juniors with the outcome that they will be well educated in the etiquette and playing requirements of our sport.
